The WPI Venture Forum is organised for entrepreneurs starting new technology ventures or simply developing new technologies to license. A diversity of people including entrepreneurs, service providers, investors, faculty and students, and job seekers attend their programs. A rich networking environment is provided. Programs are open to the public. Funding sponsorships, memberships, and general admission.

WPI Venture Forum activities include ten Monthly Programs and corresponding newsletters, workshops, networking Events, a weekly radio program, an annual Business Plan Contest and Five-Minute Pitch Contest.

This periods pitch contest begins on Tuesday June 08, 2010 and ends on the same day. Ten early-stage technology-based companies compete for two cash prizes — one from the Judges and one from the Audience — at the WPI Venture Forum.
