I have been playing this game through facebook and have sent the developers at least 10 messages through "contact us" in the past 2 weeks and have received absolutely no reply.
I have also reported them to facebook and still nothing. What kind of Company does this. You would at least expect a reply. They are giving false advertisement and you can not reach them. I love playing slotwheels and was even going to buy some chips but there is no way I will give a dime to a company that can not be bothered to respond to customers. I find this to be very, very bad business practice.I would like to know WHY and is there another way to reach someone at this so called Yazino…

Well…you have developed a really good game…but for a start there should be more wins as the 2 500 chips that are awared every day is not enough to try and play for more than hour….why don't you encourage by awarding more chips and also giving a chance with better wheels……well done for such a good game …but I have also lost both on bonus and spins……quite pointless to try and play with 1 bet as the bonus is worthless…..please please award more chips hourly…..

Below I will paste what I just put on your wall! I'm absolutely sick of this! & Please don't send me an email telling me to contact support as that is what I have been doing! I like your game but I do not like being cheated or this matter handled poorly by customer support! It is apparent that I am not valued as a customer! Just did the auto quotes and lost my bonus bank as I didn't get the 14,000 chips! Apparently this is a constant problem as you'll see to my reply to Yazino, Note I have been credited anything! Are you serious? I have hundreds of friends and I've sent them all invitations, I bought the time magazine offer last night which was suppose 20 give me 28,000 chips, I took a screen shot of them thanking me for my order when I didn't get my chips! It's not only that but many people in the rooms are complaining about the wheels spinning out of control which is what has been happening when I started playing again Friday and it has caused me to lose several bonus banks, Keep in mind in takes thousands and thousands of chips to get these bonus banks built up. Also I've tried about 50 times to buy stuff to get chips so I wouldn't lose bonus banks as well as would get errors and of course would lose my bank and that several hundred wouldn't be enough to build the bank back up that took THOUSANDS. I lost 7 mil in chips last week by trying to convert my Twitter account.. Now I am so totally confused I think I will delete all of Yazino and Facebook accounts to try and sort it all out.. I have had someone from Yazino support helping, but none of her suggested solutions have worked.. I am a 71 year old lady on a limited income and I had worked a long time to build that amount of chips up, Plus I don't know how many I actually purchased to get that far> I love the games but they are sure not worth the week of stress I have been thru
