Contacts+ is one of the best and most useful social contact management apps right now.  Contacts+ is your daily address book, powered with text messaging, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and much more – all in one place.

It combines photos with information from all your connected services: Google and Google+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. One tap opens a contact card, another calls or emails a friend, and a  few more makes your view public information made available by your contacts.

The company relaunched the new social contact management app for Android devices six months ago after it landed a $1 million seed round of funding. Contact+ has since recorded around 4 million users, and the app is now available for iPhone users.

Contacts+ lets you send free and regular text messages without switching apps, auto-sync images to your contacts from Facebook.

How Contact+ works

Upon first installation you can sign up to the free messaging service and login to Facebook to add photos and birthdays to your contacts. Contacts+ works with your device contacts so there is no need to import information.

The main screen shows your contacts, which can be sorted based on Frequency (important contacts are prioritized), Recency and A-Z. By swiping left and right you can reach the call log or messaging list, which features free and regular messages and threaded conversations (it’s like iMessage for Android!).

You can use the smart dialer to quickly search your contacts or use the gesture search that includes handwriting learning capabilities !

You can press and hold on a contact’s photo to make a call, and even prioritize your contacts by importance rather than alphabetically.

Contacts+ also creates groups automatically based on who you interact with most.
