5. Under promise and over deliver
Don’t over promise and under deliver instead under promise and over deliver. If you can’t deliver on what your customers expect, be honest and let them know. 6. Ask for endorsements and testimonials
If your business has been around for a while, then you should hopefully have plenty of happy customers.
