The Paliwoda Group has announced its new Mobile Info Solutions Fund to offer seed-stage investments to NYC-based projects across the mobile Internet sector — including location-based services, social networking, mCommerce (advertising and payments), communication, and entertainment.

The Paliwoda Group is a private investment firm that focuses on young companies with unique value propositions, and companies that require restructuring or divestiture.

Applications will be accepted starting Tuesday, January 1, 2011 at paliwoda.com/fund. Submissions will be reviewed as they are received, and the most promising companies will be invited to meet with a member of our Ventures investments team.
