Internet and mobile technology will surge into another phase in 2011. Venture capital firms, angel investors and startup incubators are gaining confidence in internet and mobile startups. A lot of startups were acquired in 2010 and brilliant new ideas and startups emerged to disrupt the various markets and industries. 2011 will see the dawn of new disruptions in internet TV and especially social commerce. Facebook is already in discussion with top companies to bring shopping to over 500 million people whilst they socialize, Apple acquired a 3D technology in December 2010, Google acquired a new technology to enter the mobile payment industry, and Google is still shaping its Internet TV for takeoff.
