The world is full of great deals that you don’t have enough time to chase down. ChoozOn wants to help you filter out the noise and spot the best opportunities for you. So you save time, hassle, and money.
ChoozOn, a company founded by three former Yahoo executives, aggregates personalized, targeted deals based your favorite brands, shopping habits and loyalty programs.
ChoozOn uses advanced matching technologies to spot the right offers for you at the right time. It empowers you to hunt for offers on your own, and to collaborate in the hunt with your shopping pals. Members (called Choozers) can invite friends to join their ‘savings networks’ on ChoozOn, exploring the deal universe together and forwarding the most relevant offers to one another.
“What we are attempting to do is create a service that allows, on the one hand, for the best deals for each consumer to rise above the noise (of all the available deals),” said CEO Nick Weir. “At the same time, we’re enabling brands to rise above the noise and better engage with their best customers.”
ChoozOn will generate revenue through commissions received when users makes purchases and through selling targeted advertising space. It has signed up more than 350 brands, including Apple, Best Buy, Office Depot and Macys.
