Twitter Now Lets You Know If Someone You Follow Retweets Your Tweets

Twitter has released a Tweet notifying users that starting today, they are “rolling out an email notification that lets you know if someone you follow retweets or favorites one of your Tweets.”

Current email notifications are only for new followers and when you are sent direct messages. But this can be frustrating and overloading if you follow thousands of people or your tweets further receive hundreds of retweets or even thousands.
