ChatterPlug Inc., an on-location customer review and rewards platform has announced the release of its free iPhone application. ChatterPlug’s iPhone application joins its previously released Android application, enabling customers to rate and review businesses while physically on-location, earning rewards for frequent use.
ChatterPlug provides up-to-the second updates on what’s going on around you, and is your tool to more easily communicate with the businesses that you visit. The catch: ChatterPlug will only allow you to review businesses when you’re physically there.
The location-based application allows users to browse the most recent reviews, business details and specials nearby, or to utilize the application’s search engine to seek reviews, details and specials for a specific location. Reviews are submitted in 140 character increments, keeping them quickly readable and understandable for consumers constantly on-the-go.
