Answerbase.com has announced its official launch today, giving businesses the ability to easily add a Q&A community to their websites. Answerbase’s technology has powered community Q&A for some of the internet’s most respected brands at the enterprise level for a number of years, but is now available to businesses and websites of all sizes through the Answerbase.com service.

Answerbase.com allows site owners to set up a Q&A site in just a couple minutes, with simple tools making it quick to sign-up and customize their newly created Q&A site. Owners can choose from three different layouts, adjust the colors, upload images, and even tweak the CSS if they’re so inclined.

On “professional” level plans and higher, embeddable widgets can be created to help direct users from an existing website to the Answerbase-powered Q&A site to ask and browse questions.

The service also includes a mobile site for easy browsing and use on mobile phones, and the system’s administration backend provides all the necessary tools to effectively manage the Q&A community, moderate its content, and monitor activity through detailed reports.
