How To Make A Google+ Profile Picture

Google+ profile photo frame is a cool add-on created just to give your Google+ profile picture a Google+ frame. You can also create a “Moved to Google+” Profile picture for Facebook

At Me+, Choose your profile photo, Upload the photo and select the frame you want. You can resize your photo to get the frame exactly where you want it. Save it, download it to your desktop, then go to Google+.

Select “Profile” on Google+, the third icon to the right on the top navigation bar. Now select the blue “Edit Profile” button on the far right. Under your profile picture select “Change Photo”and upload new one with the frame. Its all done!.
