  1. EchoSign, a developer of web-based, electronic signature software, was acquired by Adobe Systems. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
  2. Move, the parent firm of Realtor.com and other real estate websites, acuqired SocialBios, the developer of online business referral and social search software. Financial details of thea cquisition were not disclosed.
  3. Autodesk, the developer of 3D cad software,  acquired Pixlr, an online, social site focused on creating, collecting, editing, and sharing images. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
  4. Intel Corporation  acquired Fulcrum Microsystems, a developer of Ethernet switch silicon for data center networks. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
  5. Force10 Networks, a developer of 10 Gigabit Ethernet switching hardware, was acquired by Dell Computer. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
  6. Trimble agreed  acquire PeopleNet, a provider of onboard computing and mobile communications systems for the fleet transportation market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
  7. CX Inc., a provider of cloud storage and file management services, acquired FileDen, a provider of online storage products, from myCloud Holdings. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
  8. iGware, a developer of cloud software and infrastructure tools, was acquired by Acer. Acer said it will pay $320M plus up to $75M in earnout.
  9. Oracle  acquired Ksplice, which operates a service to keep Linux updated with kernel security updates. financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
