The Free service motivates you by keeping a calendar of the tasks you actually accomplish.
How it works
iDoneThis is email-based. They send you an email on the evening you signed up for iDoneThis (or the following day if you signed up late in the evening). Respond to that email to make entries, and they’ll appear in your calendar. It’s not possible to make entries directly into your calendar from your browser.
