The iPhone 5 should be close in appearance to these renderings as requested by Macrumours. Macrumors took what what they believed to be authentic, leaked iPhone 5 case designs and commissioned an agency to render them. The result was the following set of renders, based completely on the design specifications that Chinese manufacturers have been basing their case designs on. Measurements were taken against the original case design leaks, and then imported into 3D modeling software. The iPhone 5 is expected to be released in September or October of this year.
