Vignature Lets You Sign And Return Signed Documents On Your Android

Vignature, a provider of image-based electronic signatures, has announces the release of its e-signature app for Android. The app allows for professionals to legally sign and return signed documents from a smartphone. It makes use of camera functionality to capture a time-specific image of the signer.

How it works
In order to sign with the Vignature app an individual can open a document, and “tap to sign.” Then the user agrees to pose for a photograph, as a part of the signing process. Finally, the user can email the signed document to himself and/or another recipient.

“People do not want to be tied to an office, near a fax machine. They want to conduct business on the go,” said Matt Spradley, CEO of Vignature. “The development of our Android app was driven by consumer demand.”
