Bit.ly– bit.ly gives you the capability to shorten, share, and track the URLs.

TwitCal is an online public calendar that allows you to create date entries via Twitter.

HootSuite lets you manage multiple Twitter accounts, add multiple editors of the same account, preschedule your tweets, track influencers in your network with Klout, measure clicks on shortened URLs, and manage all your social media sites.

Twaitter is a Twitter management tool that performs several functions. It enables you to schedule Twitter messages, set tweets to send on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), schedule messages

Nearby Tweets is a Web site that allows you to search for people on Twitter based on geography.

TweetDeck allows you to create groups that can cater to any type of subject.

SocialToo is an overall management tool for your relationships on social-networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace.

TweetMetrics (formally called TwitterFriends) enables you to track and dissect the important network behind your Twitter profile: your followers.

todoTweet is another task manager that is more Twitter-centric.
