Facebook Rolls Out The New Timeline For Business Pages

Facebook has redesigns business pages and added the new Timeline feature for brand pages. Brand pages including the New York Times, Starbucks, American Idol, the NBA, and the band Coldplay have launched their brand timelines as part of the launch of the newly redesigned brand pages.

The new brand pages allow brand followers to see a history of companies products, updates, along with a history of posts. You can also pin a new post to the top of your Page each week so people notice what’s important. You can also see and respond to your recent activity and private messages right from the top of your Page.

How to activate the Facebook timeline for you business page
To turn on your preview for the new Pages design, click on the green button at the top of Facebook pages page . Or you can wait until all Pages automatically get upgraded on March 30, 2012.
