With 2018 being tumultuous for many data-driven organization, prospects, steps, and actions have begun for the implementation of smarter and better security procedures in the Information Technology world. 2018 recorded the most breaches known to the world ever, with world figures in the technological sphere being spun and hit.

The year, 2019 is set to be more interesting and challenging for the IT world. The typical and fast-growing solution to these breach issues is security automation.

According to a prominent brand that provides security automation system, automation refers to actions taken to address security operations and task without the involvement of any human. Hence, there are several developments, as well as adoptions of security automation systems.

The use of automation will lead to lesser security problems, which has accounted for about 93% of all security breaches ever witnessed. Hence, we are considering the top security automation trends in 2019.

Cloud adoption will accelerate

Cloud solutions, which are already employed by about 83% of the world’s enterprise, will rise. Hence, many enterprises would be hiring more software management teams to manage automation. The steady security software for automation would be built in clouds to secure cloud data. Security will become practical approaches during various development processes and testing stages, not just when they are launched.

Automation is inevitable

More enterprise will see reasons to be committed to the evolution that automation solution has brought to the IT industry. Many will invest more dollars in this regard. Traditional and manual approaches to security measures would be brought to the low, to the most possible minimum, while automation takes the SaaS lead.

Automation would balance great flux of data volumes that would be managed daily by an enterprise, take charge of grouping and data interpretation, and what the best protocols are to treat and react to data, as they are continuously encountered.

AI and advanced analytics will be the way

Based on the compilation of data, massively by many organizations, and the various security challenges encountered by business from skilled labor, businesses will advance towards automated IT security processes that drive demands for the incorporation of advanced analytics.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies would be more sought for. Automated IT solution industry would, as a result, work more for the improvement of the operating abilities and comprehensive analytical values of Beyond 2019, it is expected that advanced automation security systems through the corroboration of AI would be able to cover most, if not all, functionalities of security operations in various data-driven organizations.

Blockchain will find engagement for IT security

Blockchain has earned the confidence of finding application with data security. Based on its ability to compile, process, and distribute data across a network of multiple users, it eradicates the problem of having a failure on a single block.

Also, because there are many layers of blocks with different commands, compromising large volumes of data becomes difficult. Blockchain has already found active engagements with notable systems; hence, 2019 is opened to more breakthrough launch for this technology as an automation security system tool.
