Founded in 2009, Web Summit is one of the largest annual tech events in the world. With a startup program featuring handpicked startups that are considered to be the most promising business endeavors worldwide, the program spotlights the early-stage startups engineering the future, connecting them to the world’s most influential companies, investors and media. For 2020, Web Summit selected tod-Z to be among their featured startups for the summit that will be held from 2 to 4 December 2020.

A platform that is disrupting the talent on-demand sector, tod-Z was founded in Estonia in 2019. With easy, free of charge access for talent and business owners, tod-Z creates a seamless experience that is bound to present the market with a business model that has the capability of changing the face of business services outsourcing as we know it.

With cutting-edge technology tools for payment safety and a project management tool that allows talent and project owners to communicate within the platform, tod-Z succeeded in providing guaranteed results and satisfaction to all parties involved, a feat that granted them landing 6 prestigious strategic partners in success, some of which are Amazon Web Services, Epsilon and MangoPay in the short period since they started their operations.

Through a multi-tiered assessment process conducted by specialized third party experts as well as their own in-house specialists, tod-Z ensures the level of skill mastery and technical knowledge of each and every featured talent on their platform. This process spares business owners the time and effort of the interviewing and assessment process as well as minimizing the overhead cost, granting them the opportunity to select from more than 750 registered and assessed freelancers.

Adding a remarkable edge of an Anti-Discrimination Behavior policy that ensures that the business transactions conducted through tod-Z platform provide equal opportunities and a healthy, competitive context for talent and clients to connect; tod-Z presents the talent with IDs that only display their professional productivity and experience history.

No name, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, religion or any other irrelevant standing is displayed on the platform to avoid any discrimination and guarantee equal opportunities, allowing for anonymity that grants fair payment and talent rotation, where project owners get to work with different experts every time and try different skills and method of working, with nothing in mind but aspirations for success and eagerness to excellence.
