It is with much enthusiasm that Faiz Salti, founder, director, and registered agent of Florida Oil Corp, announces his company’s expansion into the town of Newport Richey. With the recent acquisition of one of the town’s gasoline stations, Florida Oil Corp now owns and operates retail gas businesses in multiple neighborhoods in the greater Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area.
Upon sealing the deal with the station in New Port Richey, Faiz Salti gave the following statement: “Today is a good day here at Florida Oil Corp. Our already extensive network of gas stations has just increased by one. A new member of the company family has just been named, this time in New Port Richey, Florida.
I have just returned from finalizing proceedings in New Port Richey, and I can say without equivocation that the town is among the cleanest, safest, and friendliest that I have ever visited. It will be a pleasure engaging in business there, and participating fully in the community. As always, Florida Oil Corp would like to extend the warmest of welcomes to our new gas station, its staff, and its customers.”
A suburb of Tampa, Newport Richey is located in Pasco County on the western coast of Florida. The town lies directly to the south of Jasmine Estates, and is adjacent to the Robert K. Rees Memorial Park and the Robert Crown Wilderness Area. Florida Oil Corp became interested in acquiring a gas station in the town due to its high volume of commuter traffic, as well as its proximity to multiple busy highways.
“With the successful conclusion of this sale, I’m pleased to announce that Florida Oil Corp now boasts locations in almost every major section of Tampa, suburban and otherwise,” says Faiz Salti, clearly energized from closing the business deal.
“As we consolidate our gains in this territory, the company is making its presence known throughout Florida. Adding New Port Richey to the mix, that brings the total number of gas stations we own in the state up to forty-seven. If all goes according to plan, station numbers forty-eight, forty-nine, and fifty will not be very far behind.”
Since its incorporation in 2018, Florida Oil Corp has grown substantially, now operating almost four dozen gas stations across Florida. Aside from New Port Richey, the company owns businesses in Orlando, Bradenton, Sarasota, Port Richey, and Palmetto, to name only a few locations.
Florida Oil Corp does not affiliate itself with any one major oil and gas multinational, instead choosing to operate its many gas stations under the sponsorship of a variety of well-established brands, such as Chevron, Shell, Circle K, BP, Mobil, Thornton’s, and Sunoco, and Go Market.
With Faiz Salti—a businessman who has fifteen years experience as a gas station owner under his belt—as its director and registered agent, Florida Oil Corp has risen to become a serious player in the Sunshine State’s notoriously dog-eat-dog retail gas station sector within a very short period of time, and in so doing, has earned a reputation for being both aggressive and forward-thinking.
