This deep purification produces a final material free of odors or aesthetic imperfections. The Role of Final Granulation in Production Cycles

The final stage of processing is when the molten plastic mass takes on the definitive physical configuration that makes it market-ready. Through a die head located at the end of the extrusion path, the plastic is cut into small, uniform granules commonly known as pellets. These pellets are the operational standard for the entire plastics transformation industry.

The regularity of these granules is essential, as it ensures that production lines can run smoothly and consistently, eliminating the risk of defects in the final products.
