One of the most important things you can ever do is make the effort to find out what your customer wants, how you can cater to those needs, and how you can show that in your marketing.

Go out of your way to discover more and more about your customer- you won’t regret it, and it will help to make your marketing as good as it possibly can be. Also remember that no two customers are alike, so while you should try to cater to all, try to leave room for individuality as well.
