Square is one of the new simplest way for individuals and businesses to accept credit cards. Just plug the reader into your iPod touch (4th generation), iPhone 4, or iPad and use it in conjunction with the free Square app you can download from the App Store.
Apple Stores are now selling Square plug-in card readers, which enable iOS users to make credit card transactions via their mobile devices.
Square was formally launched for iOS and Android devices in May 2010. Until now, neither Google nor Apple have endorsed the product apart from offering the required Square app in their app stores.

If you are in need of usb credit card readers there and they have been working wonderfully at a fraction of the price of the more expensive name brand readers. Gotta love them!
