Zendesk provides an integrated on-demand helpdesk – customer support portal solution based on the latest Web 2.0 technologies and design philosophies. The newly launched “Zendesk Loves Startups” program offers incubator supported startups a free one-year subscriptions to the Zendesk help desk.
Zendesk wants to help startups attain a competitive advantage at no cost with the Zendesk Loves Startups program. Zendesk is working with a dozen small business and technology incubators from around the world including SeedCamp, TechStars, Excelerate Labs, StartupWeekend, among others, to give the companies they work with free access to the Zendesk Plus+ Plan for a year.
The offer is exclusive for startups with less than 10 employees, less than $1 million in funding and supported by partner incubators.
