TwitVid.com is a video upload service for Twitter providing the fastest, easiest way to share videos online. In three simple steps, videos are shared with all your friends and followers via your Twitter stream and the “Auto Share” feature enables videos to be automatically broadcast to Facebook, YouTube, and MySpace as well.

Twitvid has raised $6.5 million in funding in a Series B that was led by Azure Capital Partners, with existing investor Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Twitvid wants to hire additional people and build out its infrastructure.

Here’s how it works:
1. Select or Capture a video or photo
2. Insert a message
3. Post it on Twitter or Facebook

A link to your video/photo, along with your message will automatically be posted on Twitter or Facebook account.
